Sherrone Moore’s Six-Word Response To Michigan’s 32 Yards Passing Vs. USC Is Going Viral

Sherrone Moore is a former University of Oklahoma offensive lineman who became a coach after his playing days and wound up with Jim Harbaugh’s Wolverines as a tight ends coach, offensive line coach, offensive coordinator and now head coach.

Heading into this week’s showdown vs. new Big Ten power USC football, much of the media narrative centered around Michigan’s disappointing passing game.

Former starter Davis Warren was benched after throwing three interceptions vs. Arkansas State last week, setting the stage for one of the best rushing performances of the 2024-2025 college football season.

Michigan defeated the Trojans 27-24 on a last minute touchdown drive that came almost exclusively via the ground game.

The Wolverines outrushed USC football 290 to 96 on the afternoon, but passed for just 32 yards in new starting QB Alex Orji’s starting debut.

Moore was asked following the game for his thoughts on beating the former Pac-12 powerhouse with less than 40 yards through the air.
