WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – Construction on another high-rise in downtown Ann Arbor will begin, shutting down a road by the downtown library. East William Street will close Sept. 30 between South Fifth Avenue and South Division Street while crews erect a tower crane for the new building. Construction will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Oct. 4.
