Ex-Michigan Quarterback John O’Korn Throws Shade At Wolverines After Loss to Indiana

Michigan football dropped a close one to the Indiana Hoosiers this past weekend at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana, as their comeback efforts fell short against Curt Cignetti’s undefeated, No. 5 Hoosiers.

Following the game, an unlikely source decided to throw shade at the Wolverines over the loss: Former Wolverines quarterback John O’Korn.

O’Korn, who transferred from the Houston Cougars in February 2015, was far from one of the Wolverines’ most successful quarterbacks. He failed to beat Ohio State during his short time behind center for Michigan and currently classifies himself as a “failed quarterback” on his X profile.

O’Korn’s self-depricating, sarcasm-tinged ways spilled onto the current Wolverines team as he took aim at coach Sherrone Moore’s group on X.

“The players deserve better. We have all the pieces,” O’Korn wrote on Sunday in a post that is just now catching the attention of the college football world.

“I believe in Sherrone but his staff is failing him. Hopefully he makes some big changes after the season.”
