ANN ARBOR, MI – An Ann Arbor woman accused of defrauding the Paycheck Protection Program during the COVID-19 pandemic has pleaded guilty. Yulonda Eckel, 56, admitted Thursday, Nov. 14, in Washtenaw County Trial Court to two felony counts of obtaining under false pretenses $1,000 to $20,000, one count of tax fraud and two misdemeanor counts of using a computer to commit a crime, court records show.
