Man killed in family dispute near Ypsilanti identified by police

YPSILANTI TWP., MI — Police have identified a man allegedly shot and killed by his father during a family dispute.

Patrick Clayton Petiprin, 34, was shot around 11:47 p.m. May 7 in the 100 block of North Hewitt Road in Ypsilanti Township, according to Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Cmdr. Eugene Rush.
