ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor’s public works staff has concerns about the city’s capacity to handle significantly more growth.
There are major constraints on the horizon from a water and sewer infrastructure standpoint if the city grows at levels envisioned in a proposed city land-use plan, staff told the city’s Planning Commission Tuesday night, June 3.
