University of Michigan buying 3 Ann Arbor buildings for $6.3M

ANN ARBOR, MI – The University of Michigan seeks to purchase three Ann Arbor properties for about $6.3 million, according to university documents.

The Board of Regents will likely approve the purchases during its Thursday, June 12 meeting in Ann Arbor.

Each property is very near the Ruthven Building, 1109 Geddes Ave. on Central Campus.
