DETROIT – A Michigan man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old in Detroit.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced Tuesday that William Daniel Moore, 41, of Harper Woods is charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and felony firearm.
