Teen leads deputies on high-speed chase in stolen vehicle, sheriff says

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 15-year-old and two other teenage passengers led Livingston County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a high-speed chase through Howell Township last Friday.

The sheriff’s office reports in a Facebook post that deputies attempted to stop a stolen 2015 Toyota Camry on eastbound I-96 near Mason Road.

Deputies say the car drove off and led them on a chase through Howell and Pinckney, reaching speeds of up to 100 MPH.

Deputies performed a PIT maneuver in Hamburg Township and took the 15-year-old driver and the two passengers, a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old, into custody…
