A 73-year-old Dearborn man died after crashing into a DTE generator in Allen Park July 17.
Allen Park Police were dispatched at 1:39 p.m. July 17 to a two-vehicle crash with injuries. The two cars were driving north on Pelham Road when one vehicle rear-ended another. The vehicle that was rear-ended went into oncoming traffic and struck a DTE generator located in the southbound lanes, according to an email from Allen Park Police Chief Eron Feltz.
