ANN ARBOR — A Michigan animal shelter is asking for the public’s help after a passerby found an emaciated dog on the side of an Ann Arbor road.
The Humane Society of Huron Valley reported in a news release that the dog was brought in on Sunday, July 21st, after it was found covered in urine and feces near the intersection of Chalmers Drive and Washtenaw Avenue.
