SALINE, MI — A Saline restaurant will be in the national spotlight as it is featured on a popular food show, and the community is invited to attend the filming.
“America’s Best Restaurants Roadshow” will tape an episode from 2 to 5 p.m. Aug. 29 at Oscar’s Sports & Grill, 6877 S. State Road, in Saline. The show highlights local, independently owned restaurants.
Oscar’s owner James Scalzi is excited to be featured. “They had eaten here two or three times,” Scalzi said. “I had just bought (Oscar’s), and they came in and said, ‘Man, we would love to have you on the show.’”…
