PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Woodbridge man suspected of involvement in a domestic assault in June was arrested in Michigan, according to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD).
Demarcus Walley, 23, is charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery in connection with an incident that occurred on June 24.
