ANN ARBOR, MI — A University of Michigan student group is awaiting a court decision after a weeks-long legal battle to host an event celebrating psychedelic plants and shrooms on campus.
The Student Association for Psychedelic Studies’ lawsuit challenging UM’s denial of a permit for the fifth-annual Entheofest on the Diag went before the Michigan Court of Claims in Lansing on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 17, four days before the festival’s planned date on Sunday.
