An 82-year-old man was fatally injured after being struck by a car in Livonia while crossing the street on a tricycle, authorities have reported. The unfortunate incident occurred on Thursday around 7 p.m. on Middlebelt Road, near Five Mile Road. The Livonia Police Department stated that the man, a resident, was not using a crosswalk at the time of the accident.
