YPSILANTI, MI — Local organizations dedicated to youth development across the Ypsilanti area are this year’s recipients of mini grants from the city.
Ypsilanti City Council voted unanimously Tuesday, Nov. 18 to approve three Youth Mini Grants totaling $10,000.
