Meet the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Santa and more at Ann Arbor’s Midnight Madness

ANN ARBOR, MI — Midnight Madness, that special time of year when downtown Ann Arbor gets extra festive and stores stay open late for holiday shopping, returns Friday, Dec. 5.

City Council voted unanimously Monday night, Dec. 1, to approve closing Main Street between William and Washington streets and Liberty Street from Ashley Street to Fourth Avenue for the annual event that has taken place for many years.
