Dale Warner returned to Lenawee County Circuit Court on Dec. 4, as prosecutors and defense attorneys clashed over which evidence and witness statements should be shared with the jury that will ultimately decide whether Warner killed his wife, Dee, in April 2021 and hid her body for more than three years.
Warner is tentatively scheduled for a final pretrial hearing at 8:15 a.m. Jan. 14, with a jury trial expected to begin at 9 a.m. Jan. 27.
