As the first wave of snow makes its way through Metro Detroit, here’s what to know about the second wave that’s expected on Tuesday evening.
During the first wave on Tuesday morning, Ann Arbor saw an inch of snow in about 90 minutes. The first wave is expected to be out of the area by noon.
Round 2: Timing, what to expect
Round two is expected to be messier, with snow returning after 8 p.m. and changing between wet snow, freezing rain, and rain for parts of Southeast Michigan overnight through Wednesday morning.
