I just saw that the Utah Coach Whittingham is retiring as well. It is amazing how many Programs have lost their coach this season. At one point I did not think there would be any turnover in the Big 12 unless it was at Baylor or Colorado. Now they are leaving left and right. And probably more next year.
If I was a very talented Coach with proper support from the Program (Texas Tach) I would be chomping at the bit to coach in the Big 12. I could see a path to the CFP at least every few years…
