ANN ARBOR, MI — The city of Ann Arbor is investigating another alleged violation of affordable housing rules at a downtown condo complex.
Brian Barr, a condo association board member at Ashley Mews on Main Street, said he looked into one of the affordable housing units in the complex and found it’s owned by a professional real estate investor who has been renting it out at market rate since buying it for under $125,000 in 2018.
