SAGINAW, MI — A Wayne County man spent his Christmas in the Saginaw County Jail, part of his penalty for killing a woman in a high-speed crash a little more than a year ago.
Stephen W. Barry, 24, on Nov. 25 appeared before Saginaw County District Judge Terry L. Clark for sentencing, having pleaded no contest the previous month to his only charge, moving violation causing death.
The judge sentenced Barry to one year in jail, with 358 days held in abeyance pending the outcome of a year-long probation term…
