Michiganders who heard some thunder Friday, Dec. 26, may have been surprised, but a thunderstorm is moving across Michigan as rain and freezing rains falls.
According to the National Weather Service office in Detroit, a severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for areas of southeast Michigan, including Port Huron, South Lyon, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Holly, Adrian and Monroe, through midnight Friday, Dec. 26.
