$7M condo for sale in downtown Ann Arbor features rare items from Versace estate

ANN ARBOR, MI — Expensive condos are nothing unusual in downtown Ann Arbor, but one of the latest to hit the market is a notch above the rest at a cool $7 million.

A two-level penthouse unit in the Ashley Mews high-rise at 414 S. Main St., built in 2002, is being offered for sale along with what are described as numerous historically significant furnishings, including rare pieces from the Versace estate.

“It’s not like anything we’ve ever seen here before,” said listing agent Matthew Dejanovich of Real Estate One.

“The space is unparalleled. I’m not sure there’s another condo downtown that has a comparable set of amenities.”
