ANN ARBOR, MI — This American bistro in Ann Arbor will temporarily pause operations for a major transformation.
Carson’s American Bistro, 2000 Commonwealth Blvd., will serve its final customers on Jan. 10, 2026, before the restaurant undergoes a rebrand, which includes a new name and updated dining menu.
