Police at Ypsilanti multilingual school unrelated to immigration enforcement, official says

YPSILANTI, MI – Michigan State Police officers were at Ypsilanti Puentes Multilingual School Tuesday morning, but officials say the incident was not related to immigration enforcement.

Ypsilanti Community Schools Superintendent Alena Zachery-Ross issued a statement saying the situation was unrelated to the school or ICE immigration matters.
