PINCKNEY — New life is officially coming to the former Rite Aid in the Village of Pinckney.
Mugg & Bopps received final site plan approval, with conditions, from the Pinckney Planning Commission on Jan. 5. The applicant plans to reuse the existing building at 75 S. Dexter St. — converting the space into a gas station, convenience store and coffee and donuts counter.
Developers will reduce the building’s footprint from 11,240 square feet to approximately 9,220 square feet. Inside, customers will find a Mugg & Bopps convenience store and a Dunkin’ (with drive-through service)…
