ANN ARBOR, MI — It’s been over a year since a marketing campaign kicked off for 15 planned condos priced from $2.8 million to $4.9 million at 416 Longshore Drive in Ann Arbor.
The J. Sinclair Penthouses project has yet to move forward and the website shows only one unit reserved so far — no change from over a year ago.
Some real estate professionals have scratched their heads at the prices — some of the highest in Ann Arbor — given the location next to noisy train tracks, saying they’re puzzled by the project.
But despite the slow pre-sales and others’ doubts, the team behind the development still has hopes it can happen eventually…
