6 Michigan cities get state grants for projects aimed at attracting residents

Six Michigan cities are getting help from the state to transform their public spaces and improve walkability and vibrancy in an effort to attract new residents.

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) announced Thursday, Jan. 15, it would be granting over $23.9 million to the six communities through the Michigan Talent Partnership (MTP) Program.
