Irish Hills Concerned Citizens (IHCC) will hold our 2nd community meeting about the gravel mine proposed on land adjacent to Watkins Lake State Park on Saturday, February 7, from 10:30am to noon. The first half of the meeting will contain updates on current issues and what IHCC has accomplished so far in terms of identifying and connecting with allies and citizen groups who have faced similar challenges. We will provide concrete action steps that concerned citizens can take now and in the future to stop this mine.
