DETROIT, MI – An Ypsilanti man will serve probation and pay a fine of several thousand dollars for sticking his middle finger up at border patrol agents last year.
Jacob Nathaniel Len, 30, was sentenced to six months of probation and a $5,000 fine before U.S. Eastern District Court Judge Susan DeClercq on Jan. 29, according to court records. He pleaded guilty to assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers or employees the same day.
