A trio of Beaver Dam figure skaters helped the Fond du Lac Blades Pre‑Juvenile synchronized skating team capture a bronze medal at the Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships in Plymouth, Mich., on Jan. 22.
Teagan Baulch, Jacey Bonilla, and Rebecca Benavides skate on the 17‑member Pre‑Juvenile team, which is made up of athletes who have passed U.S. Figure Skating pre‑bronze skating skills tests or higher. The team will conclude its competitive season at Swan Synchro Skate, held at the Beaver Dam Family Center on Saturday, Feb. 14.
