$300M tax-capture plan for big Ann Arbor development clears another hurdle

ANN ARBOR, MI — A major tax deal to pave the way for a six-block Ann Arbor development has cleared another hurdle.

The Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority unanimously approved a brownfield tax-capture plan for the Arbor South development at State Street and Eisenhower Parkway on Thursday, Feb. 12, following City Council’s recent 8-2 approval.
