ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is agreeing to pay $99,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by a Washtenaw County resident who said she was injured after tripping and falling on a city sidewalk.
City Council voted unanimously Thursday night, Feb. 19, to approve the settlement payment for Caitlyn Goode.
