The Ann Arbor City Council met at Larcom City Hall Thursday evening to approve the first project under the city’s new Bluebelt program, address changes to bicycle parking requirements and pass resolutions that would authorize additional funding toward affordable housing.
The session began with public comments, during which residents expressed their opinions on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan — passed by the Ann Arbor Planning Commission Wednesday — as well as on resolutions regarding pedestrian safety, concerns over property tax revenue and opposition to U.S. military aid to Israel.
