The felony charge that torpedoed Sherrone Moore‘s Michigan career disappeared Friday in a Washtenaw County courtroom. Prosecutors dropped the third-degree home invasion count, plus two other charges, after Moore’s attorney spent months hammering away at holes in the investigation.
Moore pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors instead. His attorney said the original accusations never had the facts to back them up.
