PITTSFIELD TWP., MI — With affordable housing in high demand in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti areas, a new four-story, two-building apartment complex between the two cities quickly filled up.
Construction of all 295 apartment units at Haverhill on Clark is complete at the southwest corner of Clark and Golfside roads in Pittsfield Township. One of the two buildings in the rent-restricted complex opened to renters last spring, while construction of the other building was completed over the summer.
