The City of Chelsea is pleased to announce the appointment of Derik Bollinger as the City’s next Utilities Director, effective Monday, March 9.
Bollinger brings nearly two decades of experience in municipal infrastructure, public works operations, and utility system management. His deep understanding of Chelsea’s infrastructure systems, daily operations, and community priorities was key in expanding his role.
Before his appointment, Bollinger served as Superintendent of the Chelsea Department of Public Works, overseeing daily operations, coordinating infrastructure maintenance, managing capital improvement projects, and supporting citywide public works initiatives.
