ANN ARBOR, MI — A major piece of the funding puzzle to bring hundreds more affordable apartments to downtown Ann Arbor is now in place.
City Council voted unanimously Monday night, March 16, to authorize issuing up to $35 million in bonds to help finance the Housing Commission’s 20-story affordable housing development planned to break ground soon at 350 S. Fifth Ave.
