With possibility of revoked permit and police warnings looming, Ann Arbor Hash Bash prepares for tense year

ANN ARBOR, MI – For the first time in more than a decade, Ann Arbor’s Hash Bash event will likely be held without a permit, raising concerns of a clash between the University of Michigan and the event’s attendees.

The university told Hash Bash organizers that this year’s event will require significantly higher insurance coverage than in the past.
