CHELSEA, MI — Susie Sutter has been working in restaurants since she was a teenager.
From her days as a student at Eastern Michigan University to her time as a Chicago resident and now as a mother of five, front-of-house restaurant labor has remained in the Dexter resident’s blood for almost 30 years.
