ANN ARBOR, MI – Washtenaw Community College will welcome the community to explore college life at no cost during Free College Week, offering more than 100 virtual classes and hands-on campus activities for people of all ages.
The annual event runs April 13-18. The week aligns with National Community College Month, which recognizes the role community colleges play in expanding educational access and strengthening the workforce.
Community members can choose from virtual classes covering topics ranging from artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to skilled trades like HVAC, as well as creative pursuits including painting, ceramics and sewing.
