DEXTER, MI — Dexter is seeking to annex about 45 acres of land from Scio Township for a development of single-family homes to possibly pursue a new municipal water supply.
The township does not have municipal water or sewer infrastructure near the site, and the city does. While the city would have enough water capacity for the single-family homes, city officials are interested in planning for the future.
