ANN ARBOR, MI – A teen accused of kicking a door and yelling obscenities outside of a Jewish resource center has been fined $500.
The man’s misdemeanor charge of prowling was dismissed April 9 after he took responsibility for a civil infraction instead, according to court records. Judge Tamara Garwood of 15th District Court fined him $500.
