ANN ARBOR, MI – When Jennifer Fitzpatrick first entered her coworker’s home that April morning, she didn’t think much could be wrong. Although Jude Walton hadn’t arrived at work that day, Fitzpatrick figured she had most likely slipped on her broken basement stair and was injured inside.
