Police-community relations in Ann Arbor better, outgoing oversight chair says

ANN ARBOR, MI — While there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world, Stefani Carter said she’s sure of one thing: The relationship between the Ann Arbor Police Department and the community is better than it has been for a very long time.
