PITTSFIELD TWP., MI — A housing developer is eyeing about 57 acres in Pittsfield Township south of Ann Arbor.
Pulte Homes of Michigan has proposed Morgan Preserve, a 150-home development. The development would bring 79 detached single-family homes and 71 attached townhome-style units with garages in a combination of four-, five- and six-unit buildings.
