Curt Cignetti has made some solid strides in adding talent to Indiana’s 2027 recruiting class this week. Indiana has landed commitments from 4-star OT Mason McDermott, 3-star WR Branden Sharpe, 3-star S Rico Jackson, and 3-star WR Jordan Carrasquillo over the last few days. Now, Indiana’s 2027 class features seven players and is ranked as the No. 42 class in the country by 247Sports.

It’s some strong momentum, but Cignetti and company are still on the prowl for talented playmakers to add to the mix. Michigan has landed a total of nine commitments over the last three weeks. Michigan’s latest commitment comes in the form of 4-star S Tavares Harrington, who is ranked as the No. 10 overall player in the state of Illinois and the No. 25 cornerback in the country according to 247Sports.
