Texas Christian University’s chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity was suspended Thursday at the conclusion of a conduct appeal process, officials with the university’s interfraternity council said.
The chapter will not recruit new members this fall or participate in other council activities during the suspension period, according to the statement.
“TCU remains committed to fostering a safe and positive fraternity and sorority experience that reflects the university’s values,” a university spokesperson said. “Consistent with university practice and privacy considerations, we do not comment on student conduct matters.”…
