FORT WORTH, Texas — Brian Hyatt, the former Northwest Arkansas psychiatrist facing state and federal charges for allegedly holding patients against their will in order to defraud Medicaid and other benefit programs, is being housed at a medical facility in Texas, according to federal records.
Hyatt once served as the chairman of the state medical board and the director of the behavioral health unit at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.
